Paris en short ! / Paris in shorts ! – #2 -

Je vous avais promis du short en ce beau temps d’été indien, et bien en voilà encore! Je vous présente Lorraine et Agathe, deux jeunes filles rencontrées au Carrefour de l’Odéon, à Paris, toutes deux en shorts, et pour cause il faisait vraiment chaud ce jour là!

Ici côte à côte elles ont opté pour un style Rock néo vintage, très élaboré mais en apparence très effortless comme disent les anglophones : Short en jean, T-shirts blancs et détails qui tuent…La clope aujourd’hui so politiquement incorrect (le tabac nuit d’ailleurs à la santé, je ne voudrais pas qu’on nous taxe d’incitateur à la débauche), les bottines plates, le bandana et la besace.

Ce duo de choc, soeurs, jumelles, ying & yang, font plus qu’impression en ces temps où les paires ont la côte, on pense aux Brigitte notamment qui enflamme les dance-floors ou aux Kooples qui envahissent nos magazines…Il manque donc un nom concept du type Brandgelina à nos deux jeunes soeurs, on a pensé à Lorragate, ça leur donnerait un petit côté scandale qui nous rappellerait le Monicagate! Rock jusqu’au bout ou bien?!

Alors un conseil pour être in, trouvez-vous une copine ou une soeur (ça marche aussi avec un copain), et restez côte à côte! ;-)

I’ve promised some more shorts in this period of Indian summer, here they are! Let me introduce Lorraine and Agathe to you, two young ladies met at the Carrefour de l’Odéon, in Paris, both in shorts. I have to say it really hot that day!

Here side to side, they chose a neo-vintage rock style, very elaborate thus so effortless : Jean shorts, white t-shirt and outstanding details…Cigarette, today so politically incorrect (btw smoking kills, I wouldn’t want you to think it is incitement to immoral behaviour), flats boots, scraf and bags.

This cool duo, sisters, twins, ying & yang, make quite an impression in these times of duo-craziness. We are thinking ’bout The Brigitte, this so fly French group, or the Kooples, the French brand that uses couples as their add campaigns…We therefore need a concept name as Brandgelina for our two young sisters. We thought Lorragate would be great, it would give them a touch of scandal that would remind us of the Monicagate! Rock ’til death do us part or what?!

So just an advice to be trendy these days, find yourself a friend, a sister (works also with a boyfriend), and stay side to side!
